PositionSummary:
The Sales Associate supports the store with the execution of the daily business, customer engagement,store operations, and merchandising standards in the store. The Sales Associate thrives in anenvironment where they elevate the shopping experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere for ourcustomers. This position is best suited for confident individuals who enjoy having genuine, engaging, andinspirational interactions with customers. Sales Associates are empowered to do what is best for ourcustomersandareenthusiastic about sellingandbuildingloyalty for the brandand the store.
KeyResponsibilities:
BrandExperience/CustomerService:
Embraces the brands by wearing the brands at work, and having a passion for the LeeandWrangler products.
Greetseachcustomer.
Activelyengages customersonthesales floorbyaskingopen-endedquestions.
Assists customerin thefittingroom.
Suggestthebestproductsforthecustomers'needs.
Operations,LossPrevention,andSafety:
Follows allcompanyandstorepolicies, processesandprocedures.
React quickly to all customer and associate injuries and reports them immediately to themanageronduty.
VisualMerchandising:
Followsalldirectionsregardingvisualmerchandisingstandardsforthestore.
StoreCulture
Respects the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding theintegrity andvaluesof Kontoor Brands.
